By placing an order with Print & Play, you agree to the following:
What we sell
  • We sell physical 3D printed products (not digital files).
  • Because items are 3D printed, small variations and visible layer lines can happen—this is normal.
Personalization & approvals
  • Color choice only: We print directly based on your selected color.
  • Names/text or model changes: We send a 3D mockup preview for approval before printing.
  • Please check spelling and details carefully. After mockup approval and once production starts, the order can’t be canceled/refunded unless damaged on arrival or incorrect due to our mistake.
Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase (or before production starts).
  • If production has started, we may not be able to cancel.
Shipping
  • We ship primarily with PostNord (and may use another carrier if needed).
  • Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.
Care & safety
  • Keep items away from high heat (for example, a hot car or direct heat sources), as PLA can soften.
  • Not suitable for children under 3 years (small parts).
  • Items are intended as accessories/props/organizers unless stated otherwise.
