Return & Refund Policy
We’re a small family-run shop in Hillerød, Denmark, and we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll help.
Returns (standard items)
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and returned in the same condition as received.
Personalized/custom items
- Personalized items (names/text or model changes) are made specifically for you and can’t be returned or refunded after mockup approval, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
- Color choice only is not considered “personalized text/modeling” (we print directly based on your selected color).
Damaged or incorrect items
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
- We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect a return, we’ll confirm your refund.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are not refunded (unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect).
Return shipping
- Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged/incorrect.
