• Most items are made to order. Processing time is typically 3-5 business days.
• During busy periods (markets/holidays), processing may take longer. We’ll message you if anything changes.

• We currently offer: local pickup/delivery in Hillerød and/or shipping within Denmark.
• Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout.

• If tracking is available for your shipping option, it will be provided once your order is shipped.

• 3D printed items may show small layer lines and minor variations—this is normal and part of the handmade process.
• Colors may vary slightly due to filament batches and screen settings.
